Merritt Field
This was a community-focused development project that changed the nature of the community into an equine friendly community!
Project Overview
Adjacent to 250 O’Neall St, this 3-acre field was overgrown with a large ravine and filled with trash. Now reclaimed and repurposed as horse pasture with updated drainage and a pedestrian land bridge!

Full fenced in and cleaned up – the truck you see in the image was unearthed when cleaning out the ravine!
