250 O’Neall St
Formerly 211 Klimback St — Full property renovation
About This Property
This project began as 211 Klimback St — a house originally built in 2005 at approximately 1,600 sqft that was never occupied. After a full renovation bringing it to a 2,900 sqft ranch style house with modern amenities, the surrounding subdivision was dedicated to the City of Myrtle Creek. As part of that dedication, Klimback Street was renamed to O’Neall Street, and the property address changed to 250 O’Neall St.
This page documents the complete transformation — from the original neglected structure through renovation to the finished home on its newly named street.
