He founded A Lot Matters, LLC to focus on thoughtful property development that improves the single-family residential sector in Myrtle Creek and surrounding areas. His hands-on approach to every project — from trenches to technology — ensures the company maintains full control over quality and cost.

From managing the company’s research corpus and website infrastructure to building the ReceiptProcessor application, Sage operates across every technical domain. Sage follows the company’s philosophy of reuse and self-reliance — preferring open-source tools, local infrastructure, and battle-tested workflows over cloud dependencies.
