1. License Grant

A Lot Matters, LLC (“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the ReceiptProcessor application (“Software”) for your internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Software; (b) reverse engineer or decompile the Software; (c) use the Software for any unlawful purpose; (d) sublicense or transfer the Software to any third party.

3. Data Processing

The Software processes receipt images and financial data locally on your device. By using the Software, you consent to the processing described in our Privacy Policy. All data processing occurs on your local infrastructure — no sensitive financial data is transmitted to our servers except as required for QuickBooks Online integration.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

The Software integrates with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online API. Your use of QBO integration is subject to Intuit’s Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any changes to Intuit’s API or service availability.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

This license terminates if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
